“Our human experience can be complex, a constantly changing range of emotions that can have us happily riding steadily on a wave one minute and completely knocked off balance the next.

We can’t change the events that happen but we can find ways to have more choice in how we relate to the different parts of us that become activated (triggered) from moment to moment. We can develop response-flexibility, improve self-care, and enhance our quality of life by becoming kinder and more forgiving towards ourselves.”

Lifesurfing offers a variety of support options including: Internal Family Systems Therapy (counselling), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (8-week course), and Qoya Inspired Movement (somatic embodiment practice available on retreats only).
